Refund Policy


We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.


Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


To request a return, please contact us. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.


Damage and Problems


Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you already own. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.


Refunds


We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
